Triathlon Coaching
Triathlon consists of 3 legs: swim, bike, run (In that order). What most people don’t realize though is that each leg of a triathlon is not specific in itself. What you do in one leg, and how you do it, affects your performance in the next. This means that swimming like a swimmer, biking like a biker (cycling like a cyclist if you prefer) and running like a runner is not necessarily what you must be doing for triathlon.
Once Inspired introduces you to triathlon training the way that it should be.
